KISx Card Surgery and Imaging Program
The KISx Card is a surgery and imaging program that is available to DSB employees enrolled on the medical plan. This program is available to you for the most common surgical and imaging procedures including:
- Orthopedic,
- General Surgery,
- Colonoscopies,
- MRl, CT and PET Scans.
Before seeking In-Network Providers through your health plan, just call a KISx Card Nurse regarding your elective procedure. If you utilize the program and choose a KISx Card provider, you will receive your procedure at *NO COST. Click here for more information on the KISx Card program.
*HSA Plans require first dollar coverage from patient before procedure up to IRS Minimum, before program incentives are received.
